Ignis Petroleum Group, Inc. Receives First Revenue

Ignis Petroleum Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IGPG) is pleased to announce that it has received its first production revenue payment
from the Acom A-6 oil and gas well in Chambers County, Texas. The Company owns a 25% working interest in the well.
In just over twelve months since inception, Ignis has progressed from an oil and gas “start-up” company to a successful
Gulf Coast oil and gas producer. The total amount of the check is $92,255.68 and covers first month production, which
included a period in which production rates were varied to test the well.
Philipp Buschmann, COO added, “Receiving and cashing your first revenue check is always a special moment for any
corporation. We are very pleased that our first drilling project was a success and that current production rates from the
Acom A-6 cover the company’s current SG&A expenses.”

Ignis Completes Second Tranche of $5 Million Financing

of three tranches of the Company’s $5.0 million dollar financing agreement with Cornell Capital Partners LP.
On January 9th 2006, The Company announced it had completed the first stage of the agreement and had received $2.5 million
before disbursement of fees. A registration statement has been filed with the SEC to register the underlying securities to be
issued under the terms of the funding agreement.
